Convey the inquiry about the progress
As of this writing my withdrawal from pepperstone has not yet arrive in my account.
They have escalated this issue with their payment provider. My local bank is unable to locate the money with the ARN pepperstone provided.
After what happened to my withdrawal im done dealing with them. Their customer support takes years to reply and the waiting time for live chat is horrible. I also experienced mt4 server outage during high volatility. I kept checking my local bank with the ARN pepperstone provided but they cannot find any funds with it.
They ban me from live chat also. This bucket shop even disconnects me from live chat
