I opened a trading account with Breakaway and deposited approximately $7,000. I then requested a withdrawal of $13,700. My first withdrawal of $1,500 was successful. However, when I requested a second withdrawal of $3,400, Breakaway refused to process it, citing "abnormal bank card information." I then applied to withdraw another $13,700, but they kept delaying it with reasons such as "non-compliant earnings," and it remains unprocessed to this day. Customer service has repeatedly made excuses, and my withdrawal application on Breakaway is still pending.
