BiFinance appears legitimate, but in reality, once funds are deposited, they cannot be withdrawn. My BiFinance account: 4781092
This article recounts my true experience and is shared to prevent more people from being scammed by the fraudulent platform BiFinance.
Between September and October 2025, I deposited funds into BiFinance multiple times for investment. On December 9-10, I attempted to withdraw funds, but the message "Withdrawal prohibited" appeared. I was also prohibited from transferring money to my friends' BiFinance accounts. My friends found that small amounts could be transferred out, but large amounts were rejected.
Afterwards, I contacted customer service multiple times, and the official app directed me to a customer service group on Telegram. The group included administrator Noyon and Support BiFinance staff. Noyon requested that the operating tool authorize the synchronization of core information from external accounts, and then transferred me to other service personnel. Their tool even required me to open my personal external account on my phone so that they could access it directly.
Support BiFinance staff asked me to transfer $100 from an external account to their designated account under the guise of a synchronization issue. They even said that transferring from a friend's account would also work, implying that solving a personal problem required someone else to transfer money.
Finally, Noyon asked me to provide my Bifinance account and password, at which point I seriously suspected that the platform's staff were not all in cahoots. Bifinance's practice of asking customers for their account passwords and email addresses exposes its fraudulent nature. This Bifinance scammer is very good at packaging themselves; much of the information they use is publicly available.
