Regarding my trading losses incurred due to a system crash during the GTC server outage on January 21st, I find your current handling plan unacceptable. This incident exposes serious problems with your platform's system stability, data logging, and customer communication, specifically as follows:

System failure directly maximized user losses: During the confirmed server outage period (17:23-17:36), I was completely unable to close any positions or deposit funds due to the system crash, ultimately resulting in the forced liquidation of my orders without intervention, causing avoidable losses. This constitutes a user loss directly caused by a platform technical failure.

Key transaction logs are inexplicably missing, raising questions about the platform's data integrity: When the anomaly occurred, I checked multiple accounts and found that key transaction log records for the period of the crash were missing. As the core evidence for determining the facts of transactions, the unexplained absence of transaction logs is highly unusual. This severely undermines the reliability and credibility of the platform's data and gives me reason to suspect that the platform system itself has undisclosed defects.

The official response is contradictory and potentially misleading: My account manager, Sunny, and the official customer service provided inconsistent accounts regarding key facts such as the disc freezing time, which contradicts the system screenshot evidence. This inconsistent explanation, along with the account manager's subjective assumptions without sufficient evidence, not only fails to resolve the issue but also misleads the user and further damages my trust in the platform.

Based on the above three points, your platform bears undeniable responsibility in this incident. I demand that you acknowledge your system problems and communication errors, re-examine all my evidence, and provide a fair and reasonable solution to the losses caused by the platform malfunction.
