While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. 

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Yubit Market appears to be a scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.After completing my KYC verification and actively trading, my account was suddenly restricted. Since then, I have been unable to access or withdraw my funds despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks.What is even more concerning is that profits from my trading activity were deducted from my wallet without any clear explanation, breakdown, or proper justification. There was no transparent communication or prior warning regarding these deductions.I have contacted support multiple times, but responses are repetitive, generic, and do not provide any real resolution or timeline. My issue remains unresolved even after a long waiting period.At this stage, I feel the handling of my account lacks transparency and fairness.I am sharing this experience so other users are aware of how account restrictions and fund-related decisions are handled on this platform.
