YAI Trading claims to operate under the name YAI Trading Pro and states it is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. However, our checks found no corresponding entity listed in the official registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Even if such registration were confirmed, it would only confer International Business Company (IBC) status and does not equate to a legitimate financial services license. Importantly, the SVG FSA has explicitly clarified that it neither regulates nor licenses forex trading firms.
Furthermore, YAI Trading is not authorized or supervised by any reputable financial regulatory authority anywhere in the world. Operating without proper oversight is a serious warning sign of potential fraud.
