XtreamForex Review Overview

In this XtreamForex review, we analyze the platform's regulatory standing, trading conditions, and account options to help you decide if it fits your strategy. This comprehensive breakdown evaluates key features and potential pitfalls to answer the core question: is XtreamForex a good broker for your financial goals?

Is XtreamForex Legit and Safe?

XtreamForex operates primarily under offshore regulatory supervision, which means it cannot provide the same safety guarantees and investor protections as brokers regulated by tier-1 authorities like the FCA or ASIC.

XtreamForex review

What Is XtreamForex? Company Background

XtreamForex is an online ECN and STP forex broker that was established in 2015 to serve retail and institutional traders globally. The platform is owned and operated by Xtream Markets Ltd (formerly Grand Investing Ltd) and is registered in Majuro, Marshall Islands. Over its years of operation, the broker has expanded its brand from XtreamForex to Xtream Markets, offering trading services across currencies, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. While the broker markets itself as a fast-growing financial institution with competitive execution speeds and high-leverage accounts, its corporate positioning raises several safety questions that any trader must address before committing capital.

XtreamForex Regulation

XtreamForex is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius is classified as a Tier-3 offshore regulatory authority. Verification of the broker's regulatory status can be performed directly on the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius official website. To confirm XtreamForex’s credentials, search for the name 'Xtream Markets Ltd' or check license number GB22200951 within their register of licensees.

The following table provides a comprehensive comparison of the corporate entities under which XtreamForex operates, including their specific licensing details and investor protection tiers.

Entity NameRegulator / RegistryLicense / Registration NumberRegulatory TierInvestor Protection
Xtream Markets LtdFinancial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC)GB22200951Tier 3 (Offshore Regulator)Negative balance protection, basic offshore oversight, no deposit compensation scheme
Xtream Markets LtdMarshall Islands Registry (IRI)84516 (Company Registration)UnregulatedNo regulatory oversight, no capital requirements, no legal recourse
Grand Investing LtdCommonwealth of Dominica Registry2019/C0122 (Company Registration)UnregulatedNo regulatory oversight, no dispute resolution, no safety guarantees

While XtreamForex's Mauritius license provides a baseline level of offshore oversight, clients should understand that registration under its Marshall Islands and Dominica entities offers virtually no regulatory fallback in the event of a dispute.

Which XtreamForex Entity Serves Your Region?

The specific corporate entity that onboards a client depends largely on the trader's geographic location and the registration portal used.

  • Most international retail traders are onboarded under the Marshall Islands corporate registry, as this allows the broker to bypass regional leverage limits and offer maximum trading flexibility.
  • Onboarding under the Marshall Islands entity is highly automated and features simplified KYC compliance checks, enabling accounts to be opened almost instantly.
  • Regulatory safeguards are fundamentally absent under the Marshall Islands entity because the registry does not actively supervise retail forex activities or enforce capital adequacy rules.
  • Onshore regulatory frameworks differ significantly, meaning traders under offshore entities cannot access national investor compensation funds or external financial ombudsman services.

Restricted Countries

Due to strict regulatory boundaries, XtreamForex cannot accept residents from certain jurisdictions.

  • Restricted jurisdictions include the United States, Canada, Japan, North Korea, and Iran.
  • Local regulatory limitations prohibit offshore brokers from soliciting clients within these areas without domestic licenses, prompting XtreamForex to block registrations from IP addresses in these regions.

Client Fund Protection

When evaluating is XtreamForex legit, safety of funds remains a paramount concern for prospective traders. The broker states that client funds are held in segregated accounts with reputable banking institutions, ensuring that operational capital is completely isolated from client trading capital. This segregation is designed to prevent the broker from utilizing client deposits to cover institutional liabilities. Additionally, XtreamForex claims to provide negative balance protection, which serves as a safeguard during periods of extreme market volatility by ensuring that retail accounts cannot fall into a negative balance. However, because the broker is regulated primarily offshore, there is no investor compensation fund to cover losses in the event of broker insolvency, representing a significant risk compared to highly regulated alternatives.

XtreamForex User Reviews and Trustpilot Rating

XtreamForex holds a Trustpilot rating of 1.5 out of 5 stars based on 21 reviews as of June 2026, reflecting a predominantly negative overall user sentiment. This exceptionally low TrustScore suggests that the vast majority of clients who have shared their experiences have encountered severe difficulties when interacting with the broker.

While the volume of reviews is relatively small, the recurring nature of the feedback points to structural issues within the platform's customer service and payout systems.

Prospective traders can See XtreamForex reviews on Trustpilot to assess firsthand reports, which highlight several critical areas of concern:

  • Unresolved Withdrawal Delays: Multiple users report that withdrawal requests remain pending for weeks or are flatly denied without a clear explanation from the compliance department.
  • Lack of Support Responsiveness: Reviewers consistently complain that account managers and live support agents stop replying entirely once a dispute or a withdrawal query is initiated.
  • Sudden Account Suspension: Several traders assert that their trading accounts were suddenly disabled or their balances cleared under the guise of violating terms of service, with no clear path to appeal.

Conversely, the rare positive or moderate feedback on the broker focuses on a couple of isolated features:

  • Low Initial Capital Barriers: Some users highlight that the $5 minimum deposit and promotional offerings, such as the xtreamforex no deposit bonus, make the platform highly accessible for low-budget testing.
  • MetaTrader Platform Stability: A minority of traders note that the connection stability on the xtreamforex mt4 and MT5 platforms remains reliable with acceptable execution speeds under normal market conditions.

Ultimately, the high frequency of serious complaints regarding cash-outs and communication on major public review portals indicates that trading with this broker carries an elevated level of operational risk.

XtreamForex Account Types

XtreamForex provides five live account tiers ranging from a $5 entry-level Micro account to a $20,000 high-net-worth VIP account, allowing traders to select between commission-free floating spreads and commission-based raw spreads.

XtreamForex Account Types and Minimum Deposit Requirements

The entry barriers and trading costs at XtreamForex vary significantly depending on the selected tier, meaning the broker's affordability depends heavily on your initial capital.

  • Micro Account: This option is tailored for absolute beginners or those testing strategies with real capital under low-risk conditions, requiring an exceptionally low minimum deposit of just $5. It provides maximum trading leverage up to 1:1000, which can amplify both profits and losses rapidly, and features variable spreads starting from 1.0 pip with zero commissions.
  • Standard Account: Geared toward experienced retail traders who prefer simple pricing without per-trade commissions, this tier requires a minimum deposit of $250. It caps maximum leverage at 1:500, offers spreads starting from 1.0 pip, and eliminates commissions, making it easier to manage basic position-sizing strategies.
  • ECN Account: Suitable for active daily traders and scalpers who prioritize tight execution pricing over leverage, this tier also requires a minimum deposit of $250. It offers raw spreads starting from 0.0 pips in exchange for a standard round-turn commission of $7 per traded lot, with leverage limited to 1:400.
  • ECN Pro Account: Intended for experienced professional traders with more substantial capital, this premium account requires a steep minimum deposit of $5,000. It offers raw spreads from 0.0 pips but reduces the trading cost overhead to a competitive commission of $5 per lot round turn, with maximum leverage restricted to 1:200.
  • VIP Account: Designed strictly for high-net-worth individuals and high-volume institutional clients, this top-tier account requires a high minimum deposit of $20,000. It provides raw spreads from 0.0 pips alongside an ultra-low commission of just $1 per lot round turn, though leverage is strictly limited to 1:200 to mitigate large-scale market exposure risks.

The trade-off across these accounts is clear: retail traders with smaller deposits (under $5,000) are forced to accept wider floating spreads or higher commissions, while the broker's most competitive institutional-grade pricing is gated behind expensive capital requirements.

Does XtreamForex Offer an Islamic Account?

Yes, XtreamForex offers swap-free Islamic accounts that comply with Sharia law by removing overnight rollover fees. Eligible Muslim traders can obtain this designation on Micro and Standard account types by opening a live account and submitting a formal request along with religious verification to the customer support team.

XtreamForex Fees and Trading Costs

XtreamForex's pricing sits in the mid-range of retail CFD brokers, offering commission-free trading with spreads starting from 1.0 pip on standard accounts, but charging a standard commission of $7 per lot on raw-spread ECN accounts.

XtreamForex Trading Fees (Spreads / Commission Fees / Swap and Overnight Fees)

Trading fees at XtreamForex are structured around the type of account a client selects, establishing a clear trade-off between spreads and commission charges.

  • Account-Specific Spreads: Floating spreads on the commission-free Micro and Standard accounts start at a minimum of 1.0 pip, though average spreads on major pairs like EUR/USD typically hover around 1.2 to 1.5 pips during active sessions. Conversely, ECN, ECN Pro, and VIP accounts offer raw spreads starting from 0.0 pips, which track institutional market liquidity directly.
  • Per-Lot Commissions: While the Micro and Standard tiers are entirely commission-free, raw-spread accounts incur direct trading fees. The entry-level ECN account charges a standard round-turn commission of $7 per lot, which drops to $5 per lot on the ECN Pro tier, and an exceptionally competitive $1 per lot on VIP accounts.
  • Overnight Swap Rates: Holding any unhedged position past 22:00 GMT (server time) incurs swap or rollover charges, which reflect the interest rate differentials of the traded asset's currencies. These overnight costs can deplete the margins of swing traders over time, particularly on Wednesdays when triple-swap rates are applied to account for weekend settlement.

XtreamForex Non-Trading Fees (Inactivity Fees / Currency Conversion Fees)

Non-trading costs can quietly erode a trader's capital and should be factored into any long-term evaluation of the broker.

  • Dormant Account Fees: While many promotional reviews claim that the broker has zero inactivity fees, the official Client Agreement specifies an administrative maintenance fee of $15 USD (or currency equivalent) to keep inactive accounts open. If a dormant account contains less than $15, the broker reserves the right to charge a closing fee and shut down the account entirely.
  • Currency Conversion Charges: Any transaction involving a financial instrument denominated in a currency other than the trading account's base currency (typically USD) is subject to conversion fees. These charges are applied automatically at prevailing market rates, creating an additional cost layer for traders dealing in localized indices or exotic currency crosses.

XtreamForex Deposits & Withdrawals

XtreamForex supports a wide selection of credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies with a low entry barrier of $5, though processing times can be unpredictable and are frequently criticized in user complaints.

  • Supported Payment Methods: Funding options include Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Neteller, Skrill, local bank wire transfer, Pay Trust, Help2Pay, and Online Naira. The broker enforces a strict "same-source" rule, requiring all withdrawals to be returned to the exact payment method and account that funded the initial deposit.
  • Deposit Limits and Speeds: Minimum deposit limits are set at $5 for Online Naira, $10 for credit cards and most e-wallets, $100 for Bitcoin, and $500 for bank wires. Card and e-wallet deposits are generally processed within 10 minutes or instantly, whereas international bank wires require 2 to 7 business days to clear.
  • Withdrawal Limits and Speeds: The minimum withdrawal limit starts at a low threshold of $5 for e-wallets, but rises to $100 for traditional bank wires. While withdrawals submitted before 10:00 AM server time are processed the same business day, the time it takes for funds to arrive ranges from 10 minutes for local online transfers to 10 business days for standard bank wires.
  • Deposit and Withdrawal Fees: No internal funding fees are levied by the broker, meaning that the exact amount sent is credited to the trading account. However, third-party payment gateways, local banks, and blockchain network fees are not covered by the broker and must be absorbed directly by the client.
  • Withdrawal Issues and User Complaints: Public user forums such as WikiFX and Trustpilot contain numerous complaints highlighting that withdrawal requests are often left "pending" indefinitely. Clients report that their regional account managers and the broker's support agents frequently become completely uncommunicative once a large payout request is submitted, leading many users to accuse the platform of operating in bad faith.

XtreamForex Trading Platforms, Conditions & Experience

XtreamForex provides access to the industry-standard MetaTrader suite alongside flexible leverage ratios, but its internal trading tools and localized support channels remain fairly basic compared to major institutional brokers.

Does XtreamForex Support MT4, MT5 & Mobile Trading?

XtreamForex supports the highly popular MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 suites across desktop, web, and mobile devices, though it lacks its own proprietary trading application.

  • MetaTrader 4 (MT4) Platform: Known for its user-friendly interface, this industry-standard software is ideal for forex traders who rely on custom technical indicators and automated expert advisors (EAs).
  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Platform: This advanced successor provides expanded charting capabilities, depth of market (DOM) data, and a broader suite of analytical objects, making it the preferred choice for trading non-forex CFDs.
  • WebTerminal Access: Traders can log into their MT4 and MT5 accounts using any HTML5 web browser, bypassing the need for downloads while retaining standard order execution tools.
  • Mobile Trading Options: XtreamForex does not offer a fully functional proprietary trading application, meaning mobile traders must download the generic MT4 or MT5 apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play and manually search for the broker's servers.

What Can You Trade on XtreamForex? (markets and instruments)

XtreamForex offers a multi-asset trading catalog consisting of over 130 financial instruments across currencies, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

  • Forex Trading: The broker provides access to over 60 currency pairs, including standard majors, highly traded minors, and volatile exotic crosses.
  • Cryptocurrency CFDs: Over 30 crypto pairs are available, covering major coins such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Ripple (XRP).
  • Indices CFDs: Traders can speculate on 12 major international indices, tracking leading benchmarks like the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, FTSE 100, and DAX 40.
  • Commodity CFDs: The broker lists a small physical commodities offering, which is limited to 3 precious metals (Gold, Silver, and Copper) and 3 energy contracts (WTI, Brent, and Natural Gas).
  • Stock CFDs: More than 60 individual stock CFDs are available, representing major listed blue-chip companies from the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

XtreamForex Leverage, Margin & Order Execution

XtreamForex utilizes STP and ECN execution models to route client trades directly to tier-1 liquidity providers with maximum leverage scaling up to 1:1000 on micro accounts.

  • Execution Infrastructure: Operating on STP and ECN models with a No Dealing Desk (NDD) setup, the broker aims to reduce conflict of interest by filling trades using automated liquidity pools.
  • Leverage Tiers: Maximum leverage is strictly tied to account sizes: Micro accounts can use up to 1:1000 leverage, Standard/Prime accounts are capped at 1:500, ECN accounts at 1:400, and ECN Pro or VIP accounts are limited to 1:200.
  • Margin Call and Stop Out Levels: The broker implements a 50% margin call threshold to warn clients of depleted equity, with a hard 30% stop out level that automatically triggers position liquidations to prevent account deficit.

XtreamForex Research Tools & Educational Resources

XtreamForex provides a foundational suite of educational guides and basic market research tools, but these resources lack the depth and sophistication needed by advanced traders.

  • Forex E-Course and Tutorials: The educational center includes a structured beginners' e-course and video tutorials that cover basic terminology, technical analysis, and platform navigation.
  • Market Analysis and Economic Calendar: Daily market news articles and an interactive economic calendar are updated regularly, highlighting key global macroeconomic releases.
  • Copy Trading and PAMM Systems: The platform includes an integrated copy trading dashboard where retail users can allocate capital to follow and replicate the trades of top-ranked strategies automatically.

How Good Is XtreamForex Customer Support?

XtreamForex operates a multilingual 24/5 customer support service via email, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone, though user feedback indicates response times can be highly inconsistent.

  • Communication Channels: Support can be reached through email (support@xtrememarkets.com), a web-based live chat widget, WhatsApp messaging, and dedicated telephone hotlines.
  • Language Support: Assistance is officially advertised in multiple languages, primarily accommodating English, Vietnamese, Persian, and Nigerian dialects.
  • Inconsistent Support Experience: While the broker claims to provide immediate, high-touch support, numerous user complaints indicate that actual response times are highly variable and that complex inquiries are frequently left unanswered.

Who Is XtreamForex Best For?

XtreamForex is best suited for speculative, high-leverage micro-account traders and copy trading participants, but is highly unsuitable for safety-conscious investors who demand tier-1 regulatory security.

Is XtreamForex Good for Low-Deposit and High-Leverage Traders?

Yes, XtreamForex is highly suitable for low-deposit and high-leverage traders who want to execute micro-lot positions with minimal upfront capital. The broker's $5 minimum entry requirement on its Micro account removes the financial barriers faced by retail market participants, allowing anyone to open a live trading account. Furthermore, the availability of 1:1000 leverage enables traders to control larger market positions using a fraction of their capital. While high leverage increases overall risk exposure, it remains an attractive tool for retail traders attempting to grow small accounts or test volatile trading strategies on live markets.

Is XtreamForex Good for Copy Traders?

Yes, XtreamForex is well suited for passive copy traders looking for a straightforward, integrated PAMM or social trading ecosystem. The platform’s specialized copy trading and PAMM architecture allow users to browse verified performance metrics of experienced strategy providers and mirror their trades automatically. This system is fully synchronized with MT4 and MT5, which saves retail clients from the hassle of setting up complex external API connections. This makes it an attractive layout for busy market participants who prefer automated capital management over active trading.

Is XtreamForex Good for Regulation-Conscious and Conservative Traders?

No, XtreamForex is not recommended for regulation-conscious or safety-focused traders who prioritize robust investor compensation funds and top-tier oversight. The broker's choice to base its operations in the Marshall Islands and maintain only an offshore Tier-3 license in Mauritius leaves clients with very little legal recourse. In the event of platform insolvency or a dispute regarding delayed withdrawals, traders do not have access to national compensation schemes (such as the UK's FSCS) or a public ombudsman. Therefore, conservative market participants seeking maximum safety of deposits should steer clear of this platform in favor of highly regulated onshore alternatives.

Best for: Speculative micro-account traders and automated copy-trading users · Less ideal for: Safety-oriented retail traders seeking tier-1 regulatory protections.

Compare XtreamForex with Other Popular Brokers

XtreamForex competes alongside several prominent high-leverage brokers in the offshore retail space, though it often falls short of peers who offer more robust regulatory frameworks and lower raw trading costs.

XtreamForex vs JustMarkets

The primary difference between XtreamForex and JustMarkets lies in their regulatory depth and overall capital safety guarantees. While both brokers offer high leverage up to 1:1000 and low entry barriers, JustMarkets operates under stricter oversight, holding licenses from tier-2 authorities such as CySEC and the FSC South Africa. In terms of trading fees, JustMarkets features lower average spreads on its standard commission-free accounts, starting at 0.3 pips on EUR/USD; by contrast, XtreamForex's standard accounts start at 1.0 pip. Furthermore, JustMarkets provides a more reliable and prompt withdrawal processing system, minimizing the administrative delays frequently reported by XtreamForex users.

Takeaway: XtreamForex is suitable for basic copy trading, whereas JustMarkets is the superior choice for lower trading costs and regulatory security.

XtreamForex vs AMarkets

The most significant distinction between XtreamForex and AMarkets is their historical execution speed and client trust rating in the retail forex community. AMarkets maintains a significantly higher Trustpilot score and holds an active membership with the Financial Commission (a private dispute resolution body offering up to €20,000 protection per claim), whereas XtreamForex offers no such third-party insurance mechanism. Both brokers provide a low $5 minimum deposit on micro accounts and leverage options up to 1:1000, but AMarkets delivers faster execution speeds, averaging under 70 milliseconds, and does not charge an account maintenance fee. Additionally, AMarkets supports a broader suite of trading instruments, including ETFs and a wider range of global stock CFDs.

Takeaway: XtreamForex suits traders seeking raw MetaTrader copy portfolios, whereas AMarkets is much better for execution reliability and dispute security.

XtreamForex vs Exness

The fundamental contrast between XtreamForex and Exness is the sheer scale of liquidity, regulatory backing, and structural trading advantages offered to active traders. Exness is heavily regulated by multiple tier-1 and tier-2 authorities, including the FCA, CySEC, and FSA, rendering it far more secure than the offshore-regulated XtreamForex. When looking at trading conditions, Exness offers unique advantages like unlimited leverage on certain accounts and raw spreads starting at 0.0 pips with lower per-lot commissions. On the other hand, XtreamForex caps leverage at 1:1000 and mandates a $7 per-lot commission on its basic ECN account. Additionally, Exness features automated, instant withdrawal processing that runs 24/7, completely bypassing the manual review delays that frequently trouble XtreamForex clients.

Takeaway: XtreamForex is an option for ultra-low deposit MT5 micro-accounts, but Exness is vastly superior in pricing, safety, and withdrawal speed.

XtreamForex Broker Quick Verdict

XtreamForex is a viable gateway for high-leverage micro-trading and copy trading, though its offshore registration and history of withdrawal delays make it highly risky for serious capitalization. In this final XtreamForex review verdict, the platform’s low entry barriers and flexible MetaTrader options simply do not outweigh the safety concerns associated with its lack of top-tier regulatory oversight.

Editorial Transparency: This XtreamForex review is based on information from the official XtreamForex website, current regulatory filings, and independent third-party sources such as Trustpilot. We cross-checked the broker's regulation and license details, account types, trading and non-trading fees, deposit and withdrawal terms, platforms, and real user feedback to ensure accuracy and objectivity. This content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice; trading CFDs carries a high risk of losing money. Last updated: June 2026.

3 months ago, I started trading with xtreamforex... I first opened a demo account and practiced my strategy on its platform. Now a few days ago, I opened a real trading account in 10000 USD with this broker. Everything is fine, I made a profit of $7000. But when I made a withdrawal, I was rejected after giving reasons that the deposit and withdrawal methods should be the same.I am worried that I thought I was losing money, but when I used the same withdrawal method as the deposit within 6 hours, my withdrawal went into my bank account... Now, I will continue to trade with the broker.

Since 2019, I started to trade forex, there are indeed many good brokers. But for me, Xtreamforex broker deserves to be regarded as a broker that provides comfort and service to traders. From the start of the order execution, the time is 50ms. I can expand or use EA freely, because there are no restrictions on forex trading strategies. With negative balance protection, I don’t have to worry because my account can be protected from negative balances. I like trading in Xtreamforex.

I decided to write this review about XtreamForex. At first when I first created an account at XtreamForex, I did not know exactly what to expect from them. Although I did read the information from the company and it sounded good, it was a new company to me and you know how some brokerages really exaggerate things. I must say that I am very glad I created an account with them. I have not had any problems with the company. Trading is great, deposits and ALL withdrawals have gone like clockwork. The customer support are also responsive.
