    According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Seychelles FSA and CySEC. 

    In essence, Xmarket Coin is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Xmarket Coin appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We suspect that Xmarket Coin is highly likely to be a scam. The platform claims to be operated by Xmarket Coin Limited, regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). However, our search of the FSA’s official register found no record of this company. Additionally, Xmarket Coin states it is a trading name of TopFX Ltd, a firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). While TopFX Ltd is indeed licensed, the CySEC registration lists its official website as www.topfx.com. There is no record of https://xmarketcoin.com/en/index-2.html and no indication that TopFX Ltd owns or operates the Xmarketcoin platform. Given this discrepancy, we have reasonable grounds to believe that Xmarket Coin is misusing another company’s regulatory credentials. Therefore, we strongly advise against engaging with this platform.
