    Xelite Markets does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia and UAE. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities.

    Besides, we searched the official register of the UAE Capital Market Authority (UAE CMA), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and Central Bank of UAE(CBUAE) using all available details, but found no record of Xelite Markets Ltd. or any associated company.

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Xelite Markets appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend considering Xelite Markets as a trading broker, as it lacks valid brokerage credentials. Xelite Markets has not provided any verifiable regulatory information, merely claiming to be incorporated in Saint Lucia and to have established an office in the UAE. First, although we did find the claimed entity, Xelite Markets Ltd., in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) system, this only indicates that it is registered as an International Business Company (IBC) and does not mean it holds any broker license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate the forex market, nor does it issue licenses to brokers. Second, we conducted searches with the regulatory authorities in the UAE, namely the UAE Capital Market Authority (UAE CMA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), and found no relevant records. Therefore, Xelite Markets is effectively unregulated and operates without the supervision of any regulatory body. We strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with this platform.
