xDirect used to claim that it is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission(VFSC), license number: 14652.
However, its name is not on the newly updated list of Financial Dealers License List dated 17 October 2022.
That means xDirect is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
