According to its website, it claims at the bottom that Exporter.com is regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the AOFA. In addition, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Wynnvest to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.
Wynnvest is not regulated, which means there are no legal protections for the funds of investors. It appears that Wynnvest may be a scam.
