    During our investigation, we found no regulatory information on Worldtradex’s website. While the platform claims to be affiliated with Pecunia Ltd., registered in the Marshall Islands, the local Registry (IRI) is not a government or financial regulatory body and does not oversee foreign exchange or financial services. As a result, even if registered there, Worldtradex remains unregulated and may be a fraudulent entity.

Hello Madam Susan,Hope you had a great last weekendI am unsure whether I should trouble you again. But can I confirm from my end whether you have received my several mail address to you mail id about a genuine issue related to Jay Mishra (Finance expert) I have provided all the evidence to justify my actions against him. But to my knowledge I have still not received any positive reply from any of your Worldtradex Departments.I just wanted to check whether I am on the right track while sending mails with attached documentary evidence. and, if so, when you might be able to reply. Or can state a timeline when you will consider the matter closed or take further action. "I would be grateful if you could forward my emails to the appropriate department, ensuring they reach the right person".An immediate action would be Highly appreciated. TO The Management/ Department Head WorldTradex To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to address the need for improved communication within your Department& Jay Mishra ( Finance Expert) CurrentlyI personally think you are experiencing several issues that are impacting your productivity and efficiency. Today I would like to complain of the poor service received from your company in a span of Seven Months. I had an issue with both your Financial Advisor appointed to manage my Trading Account no 432058987. And If I have to resolve my problem with your so-called Finance Expert. I have to complain by sending several mails to all your respective Department Head. I am complaining about Jay Mishra because I have a valid reason to be dissatisfied. To resolve my current problem, (Complaint Regarding Jay Mishra (Junior Financial Expert For World Tradex ) Unwillingness to Engage in Customer Dialogue. I attempted to explain to Jay Mishra my concerns and seek a resolution to unblock my account. But he has debited 30000 USD from my account without any information. But I assume he is not interested in replying to my mails nor does he give a phone call. I would like you to refer me to a department which can Respond promptly and personally. Again, which believes in corresponding and replying to customer emails instantly. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. I am escalating the issue of another insurance coverage of another 10000 USD which has not been resolved despite previous communication. Can you please help with this, it’s impacting my Trading account since last 4 months? My Trading Account has been blocked despite multiple attempts to fix it with Rio Westley. Head of Finance & Disbursement. This was reported in the month of April 2025 and I’ve followed up several times, most recently in this month. But the issue still exists. Given this is impacting Trading Account. I need your help on this ASAP. I think Authorities may need more resources or a higher level of intervention to fix this. Please let me know what we can do and please respond by Tomorrow i.e. is dated 05/08/2025. I am attaching copies of proof documentation for your information.
