    Furthermore, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added WELLS TRADER to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

    In essence, WELLS TRADER is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. 

    WELLS TRADER is unequivocally a scam.

Therefore, it is not licensed in or from this jurisdiction to offer serivces or products in forex market.In addition, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has warned against WELLS TRADER for offering investment services without authorization. You can refer to the CNMV warning list here.In summary, WELLS TRADER is not supervised by any authority. Investing with this broker is very risky, as there are no legal safeguards to protect the funds. WELLS TRADER is clearly a scam and we strongly suggest investors avoid it.
