I have been using vortex fx for 3 month tbh, yes withdrawal took a bit time but I do get it every time.

Hi Mav DEX, I am trying to make a withdrawal but I am getting the message "Withdrawal Not available" and has a button below that says "Go to Verification". When I click that button, nothing happens.
