UTO Capital claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Upon investigation, we confirmed that UTO Capital LTD is indeed listed as a licensee of the Mauritius FSC. However, the company has not registered its operational website or email domain with the Mauritius FSC. Therefore, we cannot fully verify that the platform you are consulting is affiliated with this licensed entity. Additionally, please note that the Mauritius FSC is an offshore regulatory authority with relatively lenient oversight. While this allows brokers to offer unlimited leverage, it also entails significantly higher risks. Please be aware of these risks and exercise caution when trading with such brokers.
