ANSWER Dear Investor, We strongly suspect that UITFX may be operating as a fraudulent entity, as it does not hold any legitimate broker license. A review of UITFX’s official website reveals no mention of licensing or regulatory authorization. The only information provided indicates that the company, United International Trading Co. Ltd., claims to be incorporated in both Thailand and St. Lucia. However, it is important to note that Thailand does not have a financial regulatory authority overseeing forex trading, which means that any forex trading activities conducted by UITFX in Thailand are entirely unauthorized and unregulated. Regarding its claim of being registered in St. Lucia, we conducted a search on the registry of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), but no record of United International Trading Co. Ltd. was found. This raises serious doubts about whether the company is legally registered in St. Lucia at all. Given these significant red flags and the complete lack of valid regulatory credentials, we strongly advise against engaging in any trading activities with this broker in order to protect yourself from potential financial loss.
