ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend the platform TriumpAccession. TriumpAccession claims to be based in Switzerland. However, beyond this claim, it fails to provide any other corporate details or licensing information. Consequently, we conducted a search with the Swiss local regulatory authority, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Obviously, FINMA has no records associated with TriumpAccession. In reality, TriumpAccession does not hold any licenses and lacks the qualifications of a compliant broker. More seriously, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) recently added TriumpAccession to its regulatory warning list, stating that it is not authorized to provide investment services. In summary, we advise you to stay away from platforms like TriumpAccession to prevent severe financial losses.
