Trends Financial Group claims to be a CFDs broker registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) in Saint Kitts and Nevis. However, we haven't found any corresponding records in the Regulated Entities Register of the FSRC.
In addition, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a warning against Trends Financial Group, stating that this broker is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.
In essence, Trends Financial Group is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Trends Financial Group appears to be a scam.
