Dear FSC Enforcement Team,I am requesting that this matter be escalated from a consumer complaint to a formal regulatory/enforcement review concerning TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD (Trendo).Trendo has restricted my account and continues to withhold my funds, alleging that I exploited market conditions and misused its Negative Balance Protection mechanism.Despite repeated requests, Trendo has not provided me with the specific transactions, dates, exact contractual provision, or evidence establishing the alleged misconduct.I respectfully request that the FSC Enforcement function assess:Whether Trendo's conduct complies with the conditions of its licence and applicable regulatory requirements;Whether Trendo can substantiate the alleged violation with specific transactions and evidence;Whether the continued restriction and withholding of my funds has an adequate contractual and regulatory basis; andWhether any regulatory breach requiring supervisory or enforcement action has occurred.I am not asking the FSC to assume that Trendo has committed a violation.
