On Nov 4, 2025, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against Trade Market Cup, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation. However, our investigation revealed that Trade Market Cup's website address does not match the mid-range broker listings on CySEC's website, and CySEC has already issued a warning against Trade Market Cup, believing the company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation.
In fact, Trade Market Cup is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Trade Market Cupt is a scam. 
According to its website, it claims to be a reliable company and displays the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) regulation at the bottom of the site. However, our investigation revealed that Trade Market Cup's website address does not match the mid-range broker listings on CySEC's website, and CySEC has already issued a warning against Trade Market Cup, believing the company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation.
