ANSWER Dear Investor, Trade Magic claims to be operated by Trade Magic LLC and has not made any claims regarding regulatory information, merely providing a registered address in Anguilla. Upon searching the Anguilla Commercial Registry (ACORN), we found this entity, but its registration status is currently "Struck off and Dissolved." Furthermore, even if this entity were still active, it would merely indicate an International Business Company (IBC) registration, which does not mean it holds any financial license. Anguilla does not have a regulatory authority to oversee forex trading or issue financial licenses. In reality, Trade Magic does not have any regulatory authorization or broker credentials. Therefore, we strongly advise you to avoid trading with such a broker to protect your funds.
