    Topic Markets claims to be regulated by Vanuatu Financial Service Commission (VFSC) under the name of TI Securities limited and its license date is 21/06/2018. However, the valid period of a VFSC regulation license is only for ONE year. Also, there is no information about TI Securities or Topic Markets presented on VFSC website now when we searched. Therefore, it is now not under any regulations and it may be a scam broker.

ANSWER Topic Markets is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. Topic Markets claims to be regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under the name of TI Securities limited. However, we did not find any match results to Topic Markets or TI Securities limited in VFSC. The truth is, Topic Markets is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Topic Markets and trade with licensed brokers.
