ANSWER We believe Titan Capital Markets is a scam.The company lacks regulatory oversight. While its website footer vaguely shows an ACN (Australian Company Number) to suggest legitimacy, it omits crucial details like the name of the regulatory body. An ACN is a unique nine-digit number required for every company in Australia. Our search for the ACN did locate a company named Titan Capital Markets Pty Ltd, but further verification indicates that this company is not licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), as its AR license was canceled in 2022.Titan Capital Markets is also suspected of being involved in a Ponzi scheme. The Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a warning against the company, noting that it is not registered with the commission and exhibits characteristics of a Ponzi scheme.We strongly suggest you discontinue any engagement with Titan Capital Markets and report it to your local authorities.

There is regulation of ASIC with ACN 658 387 118. If Titancapitalmarkets is a scam ASIC is also a SCAM. I shall guide you to search the Register.
