It copies the licensing information of Star Funds Management Pty Ltd to create the illusion of being authorized by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). In fact, The ASIC licensee bears no responsiblity for TAU Limited. The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has blacklisted the TAU Limited for fraudulent activities.
In essence, TAU Limited is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. TAU Limited appears to be a scam.
