When looking through their website, we noticed that it claims to be located in Netherlands. As per local law, brokers operating in this country must be licensed and regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). However, our search for Target trading in the AFM registry didn't yield any results.Regarding your question, Target trading is an unregulated broker.
