ANSWER Dear Investor, SuperFin appears to operate without any legitimate regulatory authorization. The platform claims to be regulated across multiple jurisdictions, specifically, owned and operated by SuperFin Corp which is licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with license number 1671 CTD 2024. Although we were able to locate SuperFin Corp. in the registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, it is crucial to understand that this registration pertains only to an International Business Company (IBC). Importantly, the SVG FSA does not regulate forex trading, nor does it issue licenses for such financial activities. Therefore, SuperFin’s claim of being “regulated” or “licensed” in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is highly misleading and lacks substantive credibility. Furthermore, SuperFin fails to provide verifiable licensing information from any reputable financial regulator. Given these findings, we assess the risk of fraudulent activity associated with SuperFin as extremely high. Therefore, we strongly advise avoiding SuperFin to protect your funds.
