    In essence, Specetech FX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  Specetech FX appears to be a scam.

Specetech FX markets itself as a U.S.-based investment platform; however, its claims lack credibility. Upon investigation, no evidence was found to suggest that the company is registered or regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA). This absence of regulatory oversight raises serious questions about the legitimacy of its operations. Furthermore, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has officially flagged Specetech FX, adding it to its warning list as a fraudulent investment platform. Given the lack of transparency, regulatory compliance, and the warnings issued against it, Specetech FX demonstrates all the characteristics of a scam.
