ANSWER Dear Investor. On RS Finance's website, the platform claims to be authorized and regulated by both the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. While we were able to locate valid license numbers, certain key details—such as domain names and email addresses—do not match those of the official records. According to the FSA of Seychelles, the registered domain and email are "www.richsmartsy.com" and "inquiries@richsmartsy.com" respectively; for ASIC, they are "www.augurcapital.com.au" and "Andrew@augurcapital.com.au". These discrepancies suggest that RS Finance may have misused or stolen regulatory credentials from legitimate entities. We have the reason to doubt that RS Finance may be not regulated by any recognized authority. On 28 July 2025, upon reconfirming via ASIC's registry, we noted that the website address listed for R S Finance Pty Ltd had been updated from “www.augurcapital.com.au” to “https://www.rsfinance.com.au”. Concurrently, RS Finance provided an email confirming that the website they operate, https://rs-fin.com/, is associated with the entities licensed by ASIC and the Seychelles FSA respectively. They also attached their licensing documents. Therefore, we can confirm that RS Finance is the trading name used by these two licensed entities.

On June 24, 2025, we reviewed the website of RS Finance ("https://rs-fin.com/") and noted that the platform claims to be regulated by both the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. While valid license numbers were confirmed, we noted a discrepancy: the domain names and email addresses officially registered with the respective regulators did not match those used by the website. According to the Seychelles FSA , the registered domain belong to "www.richsmartsy.com" ; for ASIC, the registered domain are "www.augurcapital.com.au" . However, on July 28, 2025, upon rechecking ASIC’s official registry, we found that the listed website for R S Finance Pty Ltd had been updated from “www.augurcapital.com.au” to “https://www.rsfinance.com.au”. Meanwhile, RS Finance reached out to us via the official email addresses registered with both ASIC and the Seychelles FSA—amartin@rsfinance.com.au and inquiries@richsmartsy.com—providing a formal confirmation letter. In this communication, they clearly stated that "https://rs-fin.com/" is an active domain associated with their regulated entities and attached updated licensing documentation for verification. The use of the regulator-registered email addresses adds significant credibility to their claim. Based on this updated information and direct confirmation from the licensed entities, we can now confirm that RS Finance operates as a trading name for the ASIC-licensed R S Finance Pty Ltd and the FSA Seychelles-licensed entity.
