According to its website，Royal Chartered Bankers claims to registered in Autonomous Island of Moheli with registration number HY0042032 However,there is no matching information was found in the regulator.
The truth is that Royal Chartered Bankers is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
