But SVG FSA is not a financial regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex.

    The truth is, Quotex is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

My name is Kiran, and I have been a verified Quotex trader for a long time.Before the hack, I had made a deposit of $100 via Binance Pay and successfully compounded my balance to $2770 within a few trades.After realizing the hack, I immediately contacted Quotex Support through their official channels, submitting all valid proofs — including my government ID verification, Binance Pay transaction receipts, and a detailed explanation of the issue.However, it’s been several days and I haven’t received any response or confirmation from their support team.What’s more disappointing is that Quotex marked my query as “resolved” without providing any proper reply or resolution.I am simply requesting a fair verification and refund of my legitimate funds. I have not violated any platform terms, and all proofs clearly show that I am the rightful account holder.I sincerely hope the Quotex team reviews my case urgently and restores trust by returning my funds.I’m sharing this publicly so that Quotex becomes aware of my situation and other traders remain informed about how account recovery cases are handled.
