According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, upon investigation, we found that Quantum Banc's URL does not match the registered URL, clearly indicating that Quantum Banc has misappropriated information from a compliant company. In addition, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against Quantum Banc for the lack of the required authorization.
In fact, Quantum Banc is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Quantum Banc is a scam.
