On March 11, 2026, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) issued a warning against Q8 TRADE for the lack of the required authorization. https://fsaseychelles.sc/media-corner/regulatory-updates/alert-unauthorized-use-of-websites-the-unlawful-website-24According to its website, www.q8trades.com is operated by Bluepine Ltd, a Seychelles investment firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, with licence number SD183. Upon investigation, we discovered that the URL of Seychelles' FSA-registered company does not include q8traders.com. This clearly indicates false advertising by Q8 Trade, and the Seychelles FSA issued a warning against Q8 TRADE for the lack of the required authorization.
In fact, Q8 TRADE is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Q8 TRADE is a scam. 
According to its website, www.q8trades.com is operated by Bluepine Ltd, a Seychelles investment firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, with licence number SD183. Upon investigation, we discovered that the URL of Seychelles' FSA-registered company does not include q8traders.com. This clearly indicates false advertising by Q8 Trade, and the Seychelles FSA issued a warning against Q8 TRADE for the lack of the required authorization. In fact, Q8 TRADE is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Q8 TRADE is a scam.
