ProsperityFX claims to be operated by Prosperity Tech Ltd., a company registered in Marshall Islands. While it is true that we discovered records matching this company in the register of the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), investors must be aware that the IRI is a privately held maritime and corporate registry service provider and has no authority to issue forex licenses or regulate entities involved in such activities. Mere registration with the IRI doesn't mean being authorized to offer financial and investment services. In addition, the Commodity and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has added ProsperityFX to its RED List for illegal operations.
In essence, ProsperityFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
