    ProfitiX claims to be operated and owned by ProfitiX Ltd, an entity registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). However, we did not find any match results to ProfitiX in SVG FSA. Besides, SVG FSA does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities. 

    What's more, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has issued a warning that this broker is not authorized and regulated to offer financial services and products. So ProfitiX is currently not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.

ProfitiX claims to be registered in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with registration number: 25308 BC 2019. However, we did not find any match results to ProfitiX in SVG FSA. Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate brokers offering forex activities. What's more, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has issued a warning that ProfitiX is not authorized and incorporated in New Zealand.
