    Profited Crypto claims to be a licensed broker under double regulations of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles), presenting license numbers 138/11 and SD037.

    Firstly, we searched the number in CySEC and found a company named Topfx Ltd - Profited Crypto claims to be operated by the company. However, the approved website was "www.topfx.com" instead of "https://www.profitedcrypto.online/". This broker may misuse the regulatory information of a licensed company.

    Moreover, we searched the Seychelles FSA and found a warning - Profited Crypto is not related to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity.

    The truth is that Profited Crypto is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

Profited Crypto claims it is the tradename of TopFX Ltd, a company licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 138/11. We indeed found a match result to Topfx Ltd in CySEC. But as per the regulatory details shown on CySEC, the only approved domain of Topfx Ltd is "www.topfx.com" instead of "https://www.profitedcrypto.online/." That means Profited Crypto may be a clone firm that falsely uses regulatory info of a regulated firm.Besides, Profited Crypto claims to be owned and operated by Profited Crypto Limited, a company licensed by the Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) with the license: SD037. When we searched the Seychelles FSA, we only found a warning that Profited Crypto is not related to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity.
