Pro Coins claims that the company behind it is Prime Path Ltd., which is supposedly registered in Marshall Islands. However, we haven't located any corresponding records to support the registration. In addition, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warned consumers about Pro Coins and the services it is offering through procoins.net without the required authorization.
In essence, Pro Coins is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
