Upon investigation, we found that CONSOB has already issued a warning to Privanet Securities to be blacklisted for offering financial services illegally in Italy. Furthermore, it has not provided any other regulatory certifications, which is highly suspicious.
In fact, Partners Swiss is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Partners Swiss is a scam. 
It claims to be registered with the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB).
