ANSWER Dear Investor, Primeber Group claims on its website to be based in the UK. However, our checks confirm that it is not registered with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). No entity matching Primeber Group appears in the FCA’s public register. Further reinforcing these concerns, on December 4, 2025, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued an official investor warning against Primeber Group, stating that the company may be offering financial services or products without proper authorization. To date, Primeber Group appears to hold no valid regulatory license from any credible authority worldwide. All these signs strongly indicates that this entity is not legitimate. We therefore consider Primeber Group to be a scam and strongly advise you not to engage with this platform or deposit any funds.
