According to its website, the company claims to have been founded in Germany in 2018. However, our investigation revealed that its domain was only created in 2024, and no matching information was found in the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Clearly, the information presented on its website is inconsistent with the facts. Furthermore, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) added Pitch Capion to its warning list, stating that this is a fake investment platform.
In fact, Pitch Capion is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Pitch Capion is a scam.
