Broker violations and abnormal records

On Aug 8, 2025, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) added Pinpoint Trade its warning list, stating that this is a fake investment platform. https://www.fma.govt.nz/library/warnings-and-alerts/bitmart-vip/Its website clearly states that it has offices in both the US and New Zealand. However, we couldn't find any matching information from the National Futres Association (NFA). Ironically, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) added Bitmart VIP its warning list, stating that this is a fake investment platform.
Pinpoint Trade is not regulated, which means there are no legal protections for the funds of investors. It appears that Pinpoint Trade may be a scam. 
Its website clearly states that it has offices in both the US and New Zealand. However, we couldn't find any matching information from the National Futres Association (NFA). Ironically, the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) added Bitmart VIP its warning list, stating that this is a fake investment platform. Pinpoint Trade is not regulated, which means there are no legal protections for the funds of investors. It appears that Pinpoint Trade may be a scam.
