Ironically, we found that BaFin issued a warning against Parex Asset Management IPAS for lacking the required authorization.
In fact, Parex Asset Management IPAS is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Parex Asset Management IPAS is a scam. 
According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Ironically, we found that BaFin issued a warning against Parex Asset Management IPAS for lacking the required authorization. In fact, Parex Asset Management IPAS is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Parex Asset Management IPAS is a scam.
