According to its website, the company claims to be reliable and displays a Company House (CH) certificate. It is well known that a CH certificate merely indicates company registration and does not grant the authority to regulate foreign exchange. To exercise foreign exchange rights in the UK, a license from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is required. Ironically, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning regarding Orbits Opportunity, suspecting that this company may be offering financial services or products without the necessary authorization.
In fact, Orbits Opportunity is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Orbits Opportunity is a scam.
