While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. 

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Opula Markets appears to be a scam.

Although we located Opula Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration does not constitute a forex brokerage license. The IFC registry grants International Business Company (IBC) status, which allows for corporate incorporation but does not authorize the entity to conduct financial services or hold client funds under regulatory supervision. In reality, Opula Markets operates without any valid regulation. Trading with an unregulated entity poses a severe risk to your capital, as there is no oversight to ensure fair trading practices or fund security. We strongly advise avoiding any transactions with this platform.
