  • Feb 08, 2026 BrokersView has reviewed that Nevixen is an unregulated broker

Nevixen claims to be regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) in Comoros. However, the AOFA is an offshore regulatory body that is known for its weak oversight and lack of international recognition. The jurisdiction offers limited investor protection, and its regulatory framework is generally considered to be unreliable by global financial standards.

Although we have confirmed that the company exists in the AOFA registry, AOFA has not listed or verified any official domain names associated with the licensed entity and the certificate expired on September 22, 2025.

In addition, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Nevixen to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.

Given these concerns, we consider Nevixen to pose a high risk to investors and appear to be a scam.
