    Net Capital only claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on its website. While we can find a matching company in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) registry of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. 

    Furthermore, Net Capital is not licensed by any recognised financial authority. This is a major red flag indicating fraudulent activity. Therefore, Net Capital appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Net Capital is not a safe platform, and we strongly advise against having any dealings with it. The platform merely claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). While we did locate a matching company in the registry of the SVG Financial Services Authority (FSA), this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status and does not constitute a valid financial license. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers. Consequently, Net Capital is not licensed by any recognized financial authority. This severe lack of regulatory oversight is a major red flag indicating potential fraudulent activity. To protect your financial security, we do not recommend engaging in any transactions with this broker.
