  • Mar 22, 2026 BrokersView has found that Net Capital appears to be a scam

    Net Capital only claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on its website. While we can find a matching company in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) registry of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. 

    Furthermore, Net Capital is not licensed by any recognised financial authority. This is a major red flag indicating fraudulent activity. Therefore, Net Capital appears to be a scam.

Crucially, the local Financial Services Authority (FSA) does not license or regulate forex trading activities, meaning this registration constitutes no valid financial license. Furthermore, Net Capital provides no evidence of regulation by any other reputable authority. The absence of genuine oversight implies that client funds are unprotected and that the platform operates without legal accountability. Given these significant risks and the likelihood that the entity is unlicensed, we urge you to avoid all interaction with Net Capital to prevent potential financial loss.
