I am reporting a severe withdrawal issue with Naqdi Group (PTY) LTD (FSP 51598). I opened my account on July 16, 2025, with an initial deposit of 5,000 USDT. Since September 2025, I have been attempting to withdraw my principal, but the firm has withheld my funds for over 4 months.Most shockingly, they have already deducted my profits from the balance but refuse to return my original capital. Every support ticket is met with evasive 'canned' responses citing 'internal processing' and 'holidays'. I have already filed a formal complaint with the South African FSCA and the FAIS Ombud. AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COSTS.Trading account no.: 1020398XX
