Although we did find its incorporation data in the Companies House (CH) registry, we didn't find any records in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register supporting its legitimacy in the financial market. Therefore, this UK-based broker operates without an appropriate authorization. In addition, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a warning against Morgen Charles Company, stating that this broker is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
