BAPPEBTI (Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency) is a government institution under the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, responsible for issuing business licenses for companies and individuals, establishing regulations and codes of conduct, as well as conducting inspections and oversight over all activities in the futures brokerage industry.
