    According to the telephone number area code 44 displayed on its website, we can know that this is the telephone area code of the United Kingdom. After inquiry, we found the company information on the FCA, but found that the FCA had marked it as "No longer registered as an Appointed Representative". 

    In addition, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Meridian Finance to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.

    In essence, Meridian Finance is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
