Maxis Investments Ltd is wholly owned by Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. (İş Investment) which is one of the largest securities and investment firms in Turkey and a subsidiary of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S (İşbank).
İş Investment's majority shareowner İşbank which has been one of the largest and most reputable banks in Turkey since its foundation by Ataturk in 1924 established İş Investment as its investment banking and brokerage arm in 1996.
İş Investment holds a leading position in Turkish equities and derivatives markets as well as IPO issuance, privatisations and M&A transactions. İş Investment has been mandated as a co-manager in many international Eurobond deals.
The majority shareholder, İşbank is one of the leading commercial banks in Turkey.
Both İşbank and İş Investment have a solid and strengthening international presence to further support Maxis Investments’ distribution channels.
İş Investment and İşbank’s shares are traded on the Borsa Istanbul. İşbank’s GDRs are also traded on the LSE - London Stock Exchange.
